(International Contest ON the Safety of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO

Biosafety society of Iran, is pleased to call for a contest on finding any verifiable document showing any direct harm/damage caused by any GMO during the past 25 years all over the world. The documen tshould fulfill the following criteria
1- The report should clearly show that a specific person had been damaged directly due to the consumption of any type of GMO or food derived from it.
2- The document must be: a) a published peer reviewed paper indexed by ISI or Scopus or b) a report by any international organization such as WHO and/or FAO or c) an official report by any government *Any report published in websites and or in journals that are not indexed by ISI/Scopus, will not be accepted
*Any report that indicate any “potential” harm or damage or any damage that “may occur” in future will not be accepted.

Award
Three persons will receive cash award for submitting any document mentioned above. The awards will be US$ 300, 200 and 100 respectively for the first, second and third documents on the basis of the date of arrival at the provided E-mail.
Dead line: 15 September 2020.
The results will be announced by the end of September 2020 at www.irbic.ir in Farsi and English.
